Our Team
Dr. Joshua P. Lee, DDS
Dr. Joshua Lee received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biophysics from Johns Hopkins University in 2007 and acquired his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2012.
Dr. Lee practices General Dentistry, including, but not limited to periodontal therapy, restorative dentistry, endodontic dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery. He constantly strives to improve his dentistry knowledge and skills by participating in various continuous dental education seminars and trainings. He takes time to get to know his patients on a personal level, listening closely to their needs and concerns, so he can give them a smile they can be proud of. He welcomes people of all ages in need of dental care.

His philosophy is to treat his patients in the best possible way in a comfortable, stress free environment and to develop long-term relationships with patients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jihee, and two children, Sophia and Hudson.
Dr. Su Jin Bae, DDS
Dr. Su Jin Bae is originally from Seoul and she received her BA degree in Psychology from Emory University in 2011. She then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 2016. During her dental training, Dr. Bae worked with the pediatric mobile dental unit for NYU community outreach, providing dental treatment to children in New York's local public schools. This is where she developed a devotion in serving the local community.
After working at a private office in Connecticut, she then decided to commit four years at a health center in Rhode Island. She was awarded Exceptional Health Care Provider at the company in 2018. When her family decided to settle in Massachusetts, she transferred to Neighborhealth to serve the local Boston community providing all phases of general dentistry. This was where Dr. Bae worked as leader by not only managing staff as a lead dentist but also teaching senior dental students of Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine as a preceptor.
Dr. Bae loves what she does and is dedicated to mastering her craft every day. She strives to provide the highest quality of care. She treats her patients with compassion and aims to build trusting long term relationships. She is known to have gentle and delicate hands and will do everything she can to make each patient feel comfortable and special.
Outside of work, Dr. Bae spends time with her husband and young daughter. Her family loves to travel, explore nature and visit local cafes & restaurants.
Lily Ngo, Office Manager
Lily brings over 20 years of experience, ranging from roles in dental assistance to office management. Her extensive expertise in insurance, coupled with her communication skills, promotes transparency and efficiency, ensuring exceptional patient care.
A work-life balance is an important ingredient in her happiness and the key to her warm smile. Simple things in life, such as spending time with loved ones, caring for her plants, and playing with her dogs, bring her so much joy and laughter. Simplicity is the key.
Leslie Arriaga Muniz, Patient Coordinator
Leslie Arriaga Muniz joined the team as a patient coordinator/office administrator in May of 2018. She has been in the dental field for 20 years and became a certified Dental assistant but her passion is in administration. In those 20 years she has become an expert in all aspects of patient care from coordinating insurance benefits to scheduling appointments. She manages the schedule, day-to-day operations, and patient flow so our office provides exceptional individual care for our patients. She is excited to work with us to make your visits as efficient as possible!
She has three wonderful children Brandon, Raquel and Jaylani. She enjoys dancing and going on dates with her husband. She also loves traveling and trying out new foods.
Renée Doan, Hygienist
Renée earned her dental hygiene degree at Middlesex Community College in 2008. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree of Technology, Dental Hygiene in 2011.

Renée has worked in this office for 16 years. She has a gift of making sure that all patients are comfortable and relaxed during the dental visit. Patients love to see her not only because of her great respectful attitude, but also because of her exceptional disposition and attentiveness to details. Patients and staff all appreciate her talent and dedication that make the care outstanding.

When Renée is not with her dental team, she is a busy mom of three! She loves photography (mostly of her children). She enjoys skiing and traveling with her husband and kids.
Marisol Bonilla, Hygienist
Marisol earned her degree at Lorain County Community College in 2005, located in Elyria, Ohio. She obtained her Associates Degree of Applied Science, with her clinical focus in Dental Hygiene. Marisol currently holds registered licenses in Massachusetts, Ohio, and formerly in Arizona as well.
Marisol’s main focus is providing top notch patient care centered around each individual patient’s needs. As a prevention expert, Marisol strives to educate and help her patients understand that our focus is not just about a healthy mouth, but a healthy body as well.
Outside of the dental office, Marisol’s main focus is family time with her husband of 15 years and their two daughters. As a family they enjoy vacationing to various destinations and traveling back to their home state of Ohio. Marisol enjoys baking, gardening, entertaining guests, and fitness in all forms.
